Yule Brook College: Planned Staff Work Room
What we did
Between the months of May and August of 2016, working collaboratively with the College, Big Picture Education, and Sebel Furniture, schemes were developed to create new alternative staff room. The goal of this room was to have a place for professional development that could be used to model Big Picture Education pedagogical methodologies for teachers and staff.
Outcomes
The space was layered with a heart, the gathering spaces for staff and a variety if activity settings toio support independent and small social groupings. The outcome is a spaces that truly embraces Big Picture Education Ideals about how learning is intended to occur.
